Yes. The price is written into your contract in Libyan dinars and doesn't change, even if the exchange rate does. Any new feature you ask for has a published price and is agreed in writing before we build it — so no surprise invoices. The only costs outside it are SMS costs after the first month and your payment company's fees, and we list them upfront.

You own your brand, your data and your customers' data, and all the work we do for you. We publish the app for free under our developer account, and you receive the full source code with a perpetual licence to use and modify it for your business.

We set up secure hosting with daily backups. The first month of Care is free with every package. From the second month, choose a Care plan from 490 LYD a month — or we hand everything over and you host it yourself.

Your app sends SMS for sign-in codes and notifications. The first month is on us. From the second month, SMS costs are billed to you.

Yes, and it's free. We prepare the store pages, screenshots and Arabic and English descriptions, and publish your app under our developer account at no cost to you. Review time at Apple and Google is outside our control and usually takes a few days.

Anything that doesn't work as agreed, we fix free during the warranty (30, 60 or 90 days, depending on your package). Small changes are included in Care plans (6 to 16 hours a month), with replies within 48 hours, 24 hours or the same business day depending on your plan. New features can be added any time at their published price. Without a plan, ad-hoc work is 250 LYD an hour.

Cash on delivery is always included, with fake-order protection. With the Online payments module, your app accepts local bank cards (Moamalat) and wallets such as Sadad, Edfali, MobiCash and more, via DPay. You open a merchant account with the payment company and complete its verification (KYC) — we guide you through it — and its fees are paid to it directly.

Your logo and colors, your product or service list (an Excel file is fine), one hour for the kickoff call, and replies to approval requests within one working day. We send you a simple onboarding checklist as soon as you sign. If you'd like us to load your products for you, there's a module with a published price.

In two payments: 50% at signing to book your slot, and 50% on delivery. Scale is paid in three: 40% at signing, 40% at the live demo and 20% at launch. We accept bank transfer, certified cheque, LYPay, or cash against an official receipt, with an invoice for every payment. Need a different schedule? Talk to us before signing.

Yes, Arabic and English are always included: a full right-to-left design for Arabic, language switching inside the app, and every product, banner and piece of content managed in both languages. You can add a third language as a module, at 1,900 LYD per language.
